As the HR Director, Elvella serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business center leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of Covr’s organizational objectives and outcomes. Elvella is also responsible for the Human Resources function, which includes recruiting, staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits and policies.

Elvella has 8 years of experience in Human Resources. She started her HR career at a law-firm in Milford CT and moved to Savannah, GA where she joined the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office. In her last role at IsoPlexis in Branford, CT, she was Associate HR Director where she supported the rapid expansion of IsoPlexis into a leader in the life science field through innovative employee programs, a comprehensive HR infrastructure, and providing a cohesive organizational culture.
