As Covr’s Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product, Rylee oversees Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Technology, and Product Management.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in developing technology solutions that innovate and streamline processes, and creating meaningful consumer experiences. Prior to joining Covr, Rylee was Vice President of Technology for Doorway Home Loans, a mortgage banker, leading the technology innovations of digital mortgage processes and creating modern digital customer experiences. Before her time in mortgage, Rylee was Director of Information Technology for Realty One Group where she led Software Engineering and Information Technology efforts to revolutionize the real estate industry by helping digitize real estate transactions and processes. Early in Rylee’s career, she started as a software engineer and grew into software architecture, leading teams to build enterprise software that brought efficiency, optimizations and end-user experiences to businesses end users. She brought new solutions to the real estate technology space and helped innovate systems across the enterprise.

Rylee received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
