As the Head of Talent Acquisition, Brooke is responsible for overseeing Covr’s companywide recruitment efforts, employer branding, future resource planning, and developing a robust candidate pipeline for our key roles in technology, sales, account management, operations, and other functions.

Brooke has seven years of recruitment experience. She previously worked in New York City at The Execu|Search Group, as the Talent Acquisition Director, and also spent time recruiting on the agency side. Prior to The Execu|Search Group, Brooke worked at Mondo, as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Brooke received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Hartford.
